Who is Rebuildr designed for?

What is the Rebuildr Certification, and what does it cover?
The Rebuildr Certification is a 4-week course that teaches the Rebuildr Method and how to apply it in an online or hybrid setting. It covers virtual assessment, long-term programming, online delivery, client monitoring, business basics, legal foundations, and the systems needed to deliver ethical, outcomes-focused care beyond the appointment.
How is Rebuildr different from other rehab courses or certifications?
Most rehab education focuses on isolated techniques or in-person care. Rebuildr teaches a complete online delivery model: how to assess, program, support, and manage clients over time using a clear, repeatable system. 

It is not a new clinical license or a replacement for your existing qualifications. It is a framework for applying your current skills inside a modern online rehab model.
Why should I get certified?
Certification gives you a structured way to deliver online rehab and performance care beyond the appointment.

It teaches you how to assess, program, monitor, and adapt care using a connected workflow. It also creates consistency across the platform and is required for marketplace eligibility and referrals.
Does the certification teach new clinical or rehab skills?
No. Rebuildr does not teach anatomy, basic rehab concepts, or new clinical competencies.

It teaches you how to organize, apply, and deliver the skills you already have inside a structured online model, with systems for assessment, programming, delivery, communication, and long-term support.
Can I legally practice rehab online after completing the certification?
Yes, when practiced correctly and within your scope. 

Rebuildr includes legal and scope training created with healthcare lawyers so you understand what you can and cannot do online, how to communicate appropriately, and how to operate ethically and safely.
What happens after I’m certified?
Once certified, you receive Rebuildr Certified Coach status and become eligible for the Rebuildr Marketplace. This means you can sell programs, offer 1:1 services, and be discovered by clients looking for longer-term support.

You also leave with the systems, workflow, and tools needed to run your online or hybrid practice more confidently.
Can I run my whole practice inside Rebuildr?
Yes. You can onboard clients, collect waivers, take payments, deliver programs, coach asynchronously, run video calls, track progress, message clients, and store documentation in one platform.
Do I need to switch my whole practice to Rebuildr to start?
No. You can start with a few clients or use it alongside your current model. Many clinicians begin with hybrid care and expand over time.
Do I need tech experience to use Rebuildr?
No. Rebuildr is designed to replace the patchwork of separate tools many professionals use. It gives you one system for assessment, programming, communication, tracking, and practice management without a complicated setup.
How do payments work?
Rebuildr connects to Stripe so billing runs through your own account. You set your own prices, and Rebuildr takes a 2.5% transaction fee rather than a larger share of your earnings.
Is Rebuildr insurance-based?
No. Rebuildr is built for cash-based online rehab and coaching. This gives clinicians more flexibility in how they deliver care and helps clients access longer-term support without the restrictions that often come with insurance-based models.
What is the Rebuildr Marketplace?
The Rebuildr Marketplace is where certified providers can be discovered by clients looking for longer-term rehab and performance support.

It gives providers a place to offer 1:1 services, sell programs, and be part of an ecosystem built around more connected, outcomes-focused care
Can Rebuildr help me find clients?
Yes, but only if you have completed the course and certification.

Certified providers are eligible to be featured in the Rebuildr Marketplace, where clients can discover them and inquire about working with them. Certification is required because it ensures providers understand how care is delivered through the Rebuildr Method and platform.
Can I sell programs and offer 1:1 services through Rebuildr?
Yes. Certified providers can use Rebuildr to sell programs, offer 1:1 services, and manage both inside one connected system.
