AS FEATURED IN

Resilient bodies need more than squats, deadlifts, and pull ups. Bodies in pain need more than rest, heat, and ice.

Most fitness coaches know how to build strength, but not manage pain. Most physical therapists know how to get you out of pain, but not reach your goals. Rebuildr coaches are trained to do both. We don’t stop when you’re pain free, we help you become resilient for life.

Here's What Happens When You Rebuild

“What stood out most is how this approach balances performance and recovery. It pushes you, but also teaches you when to pull back. I hadn’t experienced that before. It feels like a system built for long-term progress, not just short-term results.”

– APRIL HOWARD

“I snowboarded for a full day without a knee brace for the first time in 5-6 years, with no pain or discomfort. This approach didn’t just get me out of pain. It gave me the confidence to return to things I’d been avoiding for years.”

– HARRISON BALL

“After years of knee pain and being told I might never run pain-free again, I’ve been running the past couple of weeks with absolutely no knee pain. This is the first thing that addressed the bigger picture, not just my knee.”

– JESSICA DENISON

“After eight months with this approach, I can run, lift, and wake up without pain or discomfort. After months of constant back pain, being able to move freely again in everyday life has been one of the best things for both my physical and mental health.”

– BRANDI HOBSON

“After 10 years of traditional bodybuilding, I started noticing its limits. This approach challenged me in completely new ways, and even early on I could feel how much better I was moving. It’s tough, but in a way that feels purposeful and actually carries over.”

– MADISON

“This has honestly been the best thing that’s happened to me for movement, strength, and mobility. It feels completely different from anything I’ve done before because it doesn’t separate rehab from training. It actually brings the two together.”

– KELLY HOEVAN

“When I started, recurring back pain was limiting me. Now the pain is completely gone, and 6 months after finishing the program, it still hasn’t come back. This wasn’t a quick fix. It was a sustainable approach that held up long term and changed how I think about helping my own clients too.”

Founder of Rebuildr
“I spent two years stuck in chronic pain: seeing everyone, trying everything, and never feeling like anyone looked at the whole picture. So I became a physio, determined to do better.

Instead, I found a system that forced me to choose: treat pain or build performance.

Rebuildr exists because the practitioner who treats those as one continuous process instead of two separate handoffs will deliver an experience clients have never had.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How is Rebuildr different from a fitness app?
  • Fitness apps give everyone the same program. Rebuildr coaches assess how your whole body moves, build a plan around what you actually need, and adjust it as you progress.
  • What if I've already tried physical therapy?
Traditional physical therapy focuses on symptom relief in short appointments. Rebuildr coaches assess your full movement, integrate injury recovery and training into one plan, and guide you week by week as you build long-term capacity.
What if I'm not currently in pain?
At Rebuildr, we believe rehab isn't just for people recovering from injury. In fact, by integrating rehab into your training, you are able to prevent pain long term. Your coach assesses where you are now and builds a program to keep you strong, mobile, and resilient for decades.
    What does it cost?
The app is free to download. You only pay when you choose a coach or program. Pricing varies by coach and is shown upfront before you commit.
Do I need equipment to follow my program?
That depends on your coach and your goals. Some programs are designed for minimal equipment, while others use gym access. Your coach will build your plan around what you have available.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on where you're starting and what you're working toward. Most people notice improvements in how they move within the first few weeks, with strength and capacity building over months.
What if my plan needs to change?
Your coach adjusts your program as you progress, if something flares up, or if your goals shift. You're not locked into a static plan—it evolves with you.
    Who are the Rebuildr coaches?
Rebuildr Coaches must be certified in the Rebuildr Method. Coaches come from a diverse background of rehab professionals including physiotherapists, physical therapists, personal trainers, and chiropractors and more. When you get the app, you’ll be able to browse our marketplace to find a coach that’s aligned with your goals.
Can I work with a coach if I live outside the US?
Yes. Rebuildr coaches work with clients virtually, so you can connect with a coach from anywhere. Check individual coach profiles for availability and time zone compatibility.
