how it started

Remember the first time you felt like your body failed you? For me, it was two years of persistent back pain.

I was young, strong, training hard. Doing everything I was supposed to do. But my back hurt constantly, and I couldn't figure out why.

So I did what you do…I tried everything the health care system tells you to do: massage, rest, pain meds, needling, cupping, banded exercises……

and instead of getting better, I ended up in a rest + flare cycle that was killing my morale.

Nothing was working.
So I became a licensed physiotherapist determined to do better.
Instead, I found a fragmented model built on volume, burnout, and reactive care.

I saw clinicians treating pain but having to stop short of building someone back to full capacity.

I saw coaches living on the other side building performance but hitting a wall the moment someone got hurt.

And I saw the person caught in the middle - who gets a patchwork of care that never connects.

I knew there had to be a different way.
HOW I GOT HERE

When I first started seeing clients online, it wasn’t because I wanted to make more money or have more free time.

In fact, I was skeptical it would work because I had seen firsthand the limitations of telehealth.

If delivering care in person was already hard, how could online care be any easier? But once I started combining rehab and training, my clients progressed faster. A lot faster.

They stayed moving. They had daily touch points, comprehensive plans, accountability, weekly progression that changed with their progress – the things I could never give them in a clinic.
And I finally had the freedom, energy, and clarity to be the clinician I wanted to be.
I became obsessed with making online rehab more accessible for both patients and clinicians. And integrating rehab and training so they could work together (rather than compete with each other). That’s why I built Rebuildr.
That’s why I built Rebuildr.
the quest to rebuild

For too long a wall has been built between training and rehab.

What got them excited about this field was not so much helping people feel better for a little while, but everything they could become if someone actually helped them build capacity - that lasts.

Rebuildr tears that wall down.

It teaches practitioners the method to blend both, gives them the platform to deliver it, and connects them to the people who need it.

The same principles that make someone stronger are the principles that get someone out of pain — progressive loading, specificity, recovery, and adaptation.
The rehab world calls it treatment.

The training world calls it programming.

They are describing the same process — one just starts with pain and the other starts with a goal.
The practitioner who treats those as one continuous process instead of two separate handoffs will deliver an experience clients have never had.
That is the practitioner Rebuildr builds.
Stop delivering care by
the hour, start delivering it across the week
